Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a binding contract between the buyer ("YOU") and Evolution Online LLC ("Evolution"). By purchasing or using our services, including but not limited to making any monetary transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you are prohibited from making any purchases.

These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon acceptance and remain in effect indefinitely.

1. Finality of Purchases
All sales are final. There are no refunds or chargebacks permitted without the explicit written permission of Evolution. The virtual items purchased have no intrinsic real-world value and are non-transferable to any other Minecraft account.

2. Nature of Purchase and Rights of Evolution
The transaction is classified as a donation, for which you receive a rank, perks, cosmetics, or other items on a voluntary basis. Evolution reserves the right to modify, transform, or revoke any item without prior notice and without obligation to provide a refund. In the event of a ban or mute, no refunds will be issued.

3. Authorization and Age Requirement
By making a purchase, you confirm that you have obtained authorization from the rightful holder of the payment method used. You must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained consent from a legal guardian.

4. Pricing Policy
The price paid at the time of purchase is final. No partial refunds or price adjustments will be made if subsequent discounts or promotions are offered.

5. Arbitration Agreement
By purchasing, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court. You waive the right to a jury trial or any legal action against Evolution Online LLC. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of an agreed third-party arbitrator.

6. Consequences of Chargebacks
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or forced refund will result in permanent termination from the Evolution Network. Violation of any term herein will lead to an immediate and permanent ban without any refund.

7. Non-Affiliation with Mojang
Evolution is not affiliated with Mojang or any of its subsidiaries. All communication should be directed to [email protected].

8. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
